Janette O’Leary
Cabinetry Design Consultant
and her drafting expertise, cabinetry design became the perfect blend of creativity and technical challenge. She has been passionate about the field ever since.
At Silver Lake Cabinetry, Jan loves being part of a team that is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to doing right by clients. She believes this warmth and collaboration is what truly sets Blackdog and Silver Lake Cabinetry apart from any other company she has worked for.
Outside of work, Jan loves to keep her creativity flowing. Craft painting and just about any artistic outlet bring her joy and inspiration, fueling the same passion she brings into every design project.
Janette O'Leary has always been drawn to the world of art and design. She began her education in Advertising Art & Design, which laid the foundation for a career centered around creativity, precision, and visual problem-solving. That path led her into drafting, first in the Fire Protection industry and later for a Land Surveyor in Upstate New York - roles that strengthened her technical skillset and attention to detail.
When Jan and her family returned to Massachusetts, she discovered the Kitchen & Bath industry and immediately felt at home. Bringing together her artistic background
Nicole George

Nicole brings a unique blend of design expertise, product knowledge, and genuine customer care to the Silver Lake Cabinetry showroom. With a background in interior design across Colorado and Hawaii, Nicole has worked on projects ranging from Aspen ski homes and downtown penthouses to a complete renovation of a Japanese wedding chapel in Waikiki. Her work has been featured in Boulder County Lifestyle, Luxe, and Modern Wahine magazines.
Today, Nicole channels her design experience into helping clients create cabinetry spaces that are beautiful, functional, and tailored to their lifestyles. Whether a homeowner is updating a kitchen, designing a bath, or planning custom storage solutions, Nicole’s goal is to make the process enjoyable, inspiring, and confidence-building from start to finish.
She is also deeply engaged in the broader industry. Nicole is a member of Women of the Flooring Business, a Certified Sales Advisor through the National Wood Flooring Association, and an active participant in several professional design and flooring groups. These networks keep her connected to emerging trends, quality standards, and creative ideas that she brings back to the showroom.
Though she never expected her career to lead her into the cabinetry world, Nicole is grateful it did. She loves the energy and collaboration of the Nashua Home Design Center and the chance to work with a team dedicated to exceptional customer service. Her favorite part of each day is guiding clients through design choices that make their homes feel more personal, functional, and inviting.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys beach days in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and spending time with her husband, young son, and yellow lab. She frequently travels back to her native Colorado to visit family and enjoy the mountains she grew up in.
Merrill McNally
Marketing Manager
Merrill McNally has always been passionate about creativity, communication, and connecting people with great design. She holds a BA in Business Marketing and Advertising from the University of New England in Biddeford, ME, a foundation that helped shape her well-rounded approach to modern marketing.
As the Marketing Manager, Merrill blends both sides of her craft with ease. Her work spans all areas of the marketing mix, and she loves telling each brand’s story in a way that resonates with the clients and communities she serves.
What Merrill values most about her workplace is the supportive, family-like environment. The culture is warm and welcoming, and filled with people who hold themselves to a high standard. That shared sense of pride and commitment inspires her every day.
Outside of work, Merrill continues to explore her creative interests through graphic design, illustration, and interior design. She is also an experienced ceramicist. She enjoys volunteering with animal welfare organizations and mentors young women in her community. When she’s not crafting something beautiful, you can find her spending time with her husband and friends or exploring the natural beauty of New Hampshire.
